Fortunately, here in the UK , in 2006, we are spoiled by the choice and quality of Kosher food. The industry standard has risen dramatically over the past few years and kosherexpo 2007 is a celebration of that.
 
We are all too aware that this is not something that should be taken for granted and so all proceeds on the door are to be given to Meir Panim, a charity aimed at feeding the starving and destitute in Israel.
 
Kosherexpo was an idea formulated by a small team of individuals, whose combined backgrounds offer a wealth of marketing, design and fundraising experience.

The main aims of kosherexpo 2007 are as follows:

1. To provide a great day out for the community, set to become an annual event.
2. To raise funds for a worthwhile food related cause.
3. To promote Kosher food and demonstrate the ease within the UK today of keeping Kosher.
