Kosherexpo 2007 brought together leading Kosher manufactures, distributors, retailers, outlets and allied services all under one roof for both the general public and trade in the first ever event of its kind staged in the UK. Over a thousand people attended the show, with visitors coming from the UK, Europe and further afield.
 
There were over 40 stands displaying their products which included sushi, baked goods, confectionery, Italian delicacies, health foods and ice-cream. There was also wine tasting and a live cookery demonstration. Visitors were able to sample new foods and wines launched on the day and re-discover old favourites, as well as purchase products. Entertainment included a chef on stilts, live music, craft workshops, balloon modelling and face painting.
 
Monies raised on the day were donated to Meir Panim, a charity which helps feed the starving, hungry and destitute in Israel.
